Dialogic informs dBERR i2010 work to create a vibrant and sustainable knowledge economy for the UK.
The Department for Business, Enterprise & Regulatory Reform (BERR) - Dialogic research and reports initiated the IAP i2010 Ministerial Workshop with the Minister of State for Industry & the Regions, Chief Secretary to the Treasury and the Higher Education Minister.
The i2010 report and workshops provide an analysis of the challenges with actions required to create vibrant and sustainable knowledge Economy.
The i2010 Working Group, chaired by Microsoft has been established to meet the challenges of the EU’s strategy for Information & Communications Technologies (ICT) to 2010.
In the report, Dialogic’s Michael Bowkis says: “We are at a point in history when computer systems are becoming more complex and intellectually challenging. The choices we make now will have an impact on where the UK sits in the global hierarchy of the future.”
